Calling all sleep-deprived, tired and exhausted Mamas, cosy up and join me for a deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra practice.  Nothing for you to do but lay back and receive and I will help you rest and replenish on a deep cellular level.
20 mins is more effective than a 3 hour nap.

Yoga Nidra is a therapeutic practice, a little like a guided meditation or hypnosis, where you have to do nothing at all!


​You simply get comfortable and listen to my voice.

It is a very ancient practice and translates as Yogic Sleep. It is a deeply healing and regenerative modality and has been used to treat many many symptoms including, pain management, pregnancy and birth, mental health disorders, trauma, cancer, injuries, insomnia, fatigue and tension, and SLEEP DEPRIVATION!

I personally found Yoga Nidra during my 2.5 years of extreme sleep deprivation, when my daughter was young and consistently woke every 2 hrs. This turned me into a Rageful Devil and made Motherhood SO hard.

However, once I found Yoga Nidra, I would do a 15-20 minute practice whenever she napped (if she napped) and it would feel like I'd had 3hours of sleep! Because Yoga Nidra works with the body and mind in various layers of consciousness - often much deeper than when we actually nap. Also because it can be shorter than an actual nap, it still gave me time to do a little housework or have a shower!!

Since then I have called it my SECRET WEAPON against sleep deprivation, and trained as a facilitator so I can share this magick with every Mama I know.

What you’ll need:

đź’¤A comfy space (bed, sofa, or yoga mat all work perfectly)
đź’¤Some headphones, blankets and pillows
💤An eye mask or something to gently cover your eyes if you like — a clean sock absolutely counts!

Babies are welcome to be with you. If they’re napping, wonderful. If not, don’t worry — the session is designed to meet you where you are.

 

There’s nothing you need to do during this session — just show up, get cosy, and rest.
