Ostara marks the Spring Equinox in the wheel of the year - a moment of balance, where light and dark meet as equals, and something new starts to stretch between the surface. 

This is an invitation to feel where you are right now. To notice what's waking up, what's asking for space, and what no longer needs to be carried. A time to root into your body, trust the natural timing of things, and take small, honest steps towards what wants to grow.
