Sunday Mornings, 10.30am-12pm in Crystal Palace Park*
*Classes in Crystal palace Park will begin again on 14th April 2019.
I run Sunday morning Yoga classes in Crystal Palace, South East London, out in nature in beautiful Crystal Palace Park. I believe Yoga is for everyone. I believe the more people who practice Yoga, the happier this world will be.
My classes are fun & playful with an emphasis on positivity & finding your happiest self. You don't need to be flexible! We will work with breath & meditation, allowing you to melt away the stresses of your daily life & at the same time gain strength in your physical body.
Yoga is a powerful life tool, not just a form of exercise. Come to my classes if you are interested in delving deeper into yourself, feeling good about yourself & enjoying your life.
my classes are like a deeply nourishing meal, a warm, relaxing bath, or a massage of both your body & soul!

Crystal Palace Park Class Location:
The class takes part in a semi secluded area of the park towards the back the Sports centre. If you enter the park from the Crystal Palace Parade entrance, walk down all the steps until you reach the small outdoor car park area. Turn left before the car park. Walk along the path until you go through the first open gates. You will find us to the right at the bottom of the small hill.
