Lammas is a cross quarter festival in the Wheel of the Year.
It marks the midway point between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox.
Traditionally known as the first harvest, Lammas is a celebration of abundance and gratitude. The seeds planted earlier in the year are now bearing fruit — both in nature and within ourselves.
This is an invitation to honour your efforts, to pause and acknowledge how far you’ve come and to gather with others in celebration.
It’s also an invitation to step off the treadmill of Mum life, to rest and be held.
Ceremonial Cacao is a heart opening plant Medicine - more information about it's uses and benefits can be found here What is Ceremonial Cacao?
