Mabon is the Autumn Equinox in the Wheel of the Year. It marks the moment of balance between light and dark, the tipping point from Summer into the deepening of Autumn.
Traditionally known as the second harvest, Mabon is a celebration of gratitude and release. What was planted earlier in the year has matured; we gather what has ripened, give thanks, and gently let go of what is no longer needed for the season ahead.
This is an invitation to honour your efforts, to pause and take stock, to notice what is in balance and what wants rebalancing, and to gather with others in simple celebration.
It’s also an invitation to step out of Mum mode, feel the balance return, and reclaim energy for the months ahead.
Ceremonial Cacao is a heart opening plant Medicine - more information about it's uses and benefits can be found here What is Ceremonial Cacao?
